Megan Lomonof

Brown Belt Instructor
Brief info

Coach Megan Lomonof has trained Jiu Jitsu since 2009. She utilizes her experience as a professional piccoloist and understanding of 'how to practice' in breaking down and drilling Jiu Jitsu movements. Her classes will focus on both structured and creative exploration of Jiu Jitsu through the context of student goal attainment.

"I’d like to set the example of it being completely normal and acceptable for a woman or a man to be instructing everyone. Accomplished women are sometimes only asked to teach children and other women, when they may have a wealth of technical knowledge to pass down to any student." - Emily Kwok, BJJ Black Belt
