Who we are
- High Noon BJJ is a martial arts gym at 85 S. Bragg Street, Alexandria, VA 22312. You can reach us at (703) 665-9530 or through the contact form on our website.
What we collect
- Name, email, and phone number when you fill out our free-trial form, contact form, or sign up as a member.
- City of residence (optional, for ad-form submissions).
- For minors enrolled in our kids program: name, age, and emergency contact information provided **by a parent or legal guardian.**
- Payment and billing information when you become a paying member (processed by our gym-management software, **Zen Planner** — we do not store full card numbers on our website).

How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your free trial class
- To enroll you in classes, manage your membership, and process payments
- To send you class reminders, schedule updates, or announcements you’ve opted in to
- To measure how visitors find and use our website, so we can improve it
- To run paid advertising (Google Ads) and measure which ads bring in trial signups
Google Customer Match
We may upload hashed versions of your name, email address, and/or phone number to Google’s Customer Match service for advertising purposes. Specifically, we use this to:
- Build audience signals: help Google identify people similar to our existing students for our paid advertising campaigns
- Exclude existing customers: avoid showing membership-acquisition ads to people who are already our students
- Remarketing: in some cases, show ads to people who have previously interacted with us

Before uploading, your information is hashed using industry-standard SHA-256 encryption — Google never receives your name, email, or phone number in plain text. We refresh these lists periodically and remove customers who request opt-out.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your personal information. We do share it with the service providers we use to run the gym
- Zen Planner — our class scheduling and member management software
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — measure website traffic and ad performance (Google receives anonymized event data, and if you’ve filled out our ad lead form, hashed versions of your email and phone)
- Email and SMS providers we use to send class updates (only if you’ve opted in)
- Law enforcement or regulators when legally required
- We require each of these providers to keep your information secure and use it only for the purpose we hired them for.
