1. Introduction

High Noon (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the DuelAnalysis web application. Our mission is to provide Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) athletes with elite-level, data-driven coaching prescriptions using the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the technical and physiological data you entrust to us.

2. Data Collection and Sources

To provide “Coach’s Prescriptions,” the App collects data from the following sources:

  • User-Generated Content: Video files uploaded for technical analysis and performance tagging (e.g., Takedown Success, Guard Retention, Submission Hierarchy).

  • Biometric Integrations (WHOOP): Upon explicit authorization via OAuth 2.0, the App retrieves physiological data from your WHOOP account, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Recovery Score, Sleep Performance, and Daily Strain.

  • Technical Metadata: We use Cloudinary for secure video hosting and signed JSON backups to ensure your data persists across sessions.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your information to bridge the gap between “What happened” and “How to fix it”:

  • The CLA Matrix: Correlating technical failures (e.g., “Limb Extension”) with specific ecological games.

  • Bio-Technical Correlation: Analyzing how your WHOOP Recovery affects your “Efficiency” and “Neutral Skill” metrics in live sparring.

  • Instructional Alignment: Allowing High Noon instructors to review video tags and provide “Virtual Coach” feedback.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Local-First Architecture: Per our current technical build, primary match data is stored in your browser’s Local Storage to minimize server-side exposure.

  • Secure Cloud Sync: Video and data backups are managed through Cloudinary using secure, signed uploads.

  • Third-Party Protocols: We utilize official APIs for WHOOP integrations. We do not store your WHOOP credentials; access is managed through secure tokens that you can revoke at any time.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell, trade, or rent your biometric or performance data to third-party marketers or data brokers.

  • Gym Transparency: As an application built for the High Noon community, your performance data may be visible to designated gym instructors to facilitate training.

6. Your Rights and Data Control

  • Revoke Access: You may disconnect the WHOOP integration at any time via the App settings.

  • Data Export: You may export your performance JSON file for personal backup or migration.

  • Right to Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of all video files, biometric history, and performance tags by contacting the High Noon administration.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our technical stack (e.g., the re-introduction of database solutions). We will notify users of significant changes via the App interface.
