26Intro to BJJ

Our Intro to BJJ program is designed to bring brand new grapplers up to a level of technical competency and general fitness that will allow for a smooth transition into our complete class offerings. Students will be taught the fundamentals of grappling primarily using task-based games over the course of 6 weeks.

Focused instruction, task-based games, and positional/live sparring designed to build key skills for all practitioners. Upper belts are encouraged to attend to assist their lower belt teammates. Led by Coach Leah
Kickboxing

All levels striking led by Coach Caleb Knepley. Students will learn the basics of striking during this class. Activities will include punches, kicks, elbows, knees, footwork, and pad holding.
Judo

Our Judo program will focus on teaching the art of Judo in a fun and challenging environment. Led by Coach Chris Round.

This class is designed to learn and explore advanced concepts in gi jiu jitsu. Class will consist of action/reaction drilling, positional sparring, and Q&A. Led by Coach Tim and Coach Matt.

Students will focus on the throwing techniques of Judo and their application to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Led by Coach Chris Round.

01Wrestling

Wrestling for sport Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focused primarily on attacking and defending from the neutral position. Students are expected to participate for the full hour and drill and spar with high intensity.
Competition Team Training

Competition focused training. These sessions will consist of film review, positional sparring, and live rolling to assist students in developing their BJJ to an advanced level and prepare for competition. This session is led by Coach Tim and is INVITE ONLY.
